What Do Both Parties Agree to?
You: You confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement, whether on a personal basis or on behalf of a company or organization. You commit to providing us with all necessary information and assets in the formats we require, and within the timeframes we set. This includes timely feedback and approvals. Just as we respect deadlines, you agree to honor the ones we establish together. Finally, you commit to adhering to the payment terms detailed at this document's end.

Getting Down to the Nitty Gritty
Discovery
Our discovery phase involves video/audio sessions to thoroughly understand the project requirements. This helps us outline the website's structure and each page's objectives, ensuring we set clear expectations before moving to the design phase.
After estimating the design phase, we'll reduce the Discovery phase's cost from the final Design investment.
Discovery Timeline
The project timeline might fluctuate based on everyone's availability. Typically, from the first call to the design estimation delivery, it takes about a week.
Changes, Revisions, and Feedback
We value flexibility. The initial price is based on our hours' estimation for the tasks mentioned in this contract. However, if you wish to modify or expand the scope, additional charges will apply.
Delays, Pausing, and Terminations
If we don't receive feedback or any communication from you within 72 hours of a request, we reserve the right to pause your project and charge a $75 late revision fee per day. Lack of communication for 2 weeks will result in full payment for the work done up to that point and termination of this contract.

Legal Considerations
We ensure our work aligns with industry best practices. However, while we strive for perfection, errors can occur. We cannot be held responsible for any damages, be it lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages, even if you've informed us of them. Similarly, your liability to us is limited to this contract's fees.
Should any contract provision be deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be considered separate from the remaining provisions, ensuring their validity and enforceability.
Intellectual Property Rights
Both parties must ensure they have the rights to any intellectual property provided or used. When assets are provided by one party, they should protect the other party from any third-party intellectual property claims. Upon payment and unless otherwise agreed upon, all intellectual property rights developed during this project will be transferred to you.

We take pride in our work and may display our designs and processes in our portfolio, articles, magazines, or books.
Deliverables
Refund Policy
Due to our limited client intake capacity, once we begin with onboarding and the initial meeting, the project is considered active, and we won't offer refunds.
Payment Schedule
Timely payments are crucial for a harmonious business relationship. All quotes are in US dollars. Any international transfer fees will be your responsibility. Overdue payments may attract an interest of 5% of the total project per month or part of a month.
